A couple of weeks ago Ben had the chance to finally meet "Mister"- the chihuahua masquerading as a fruit bat! He also got to toast the pending nuptials of his Uncle Doddler and Auntie Jess (we finally got her out from behind the camera).
This past weekend, Kyle and I got in some great miles on our mountain bikes and Benny went to his first Harvest Party (at our friends Jessi and Jim's Big Star Farm in Alfalfa). He also joined the crew for dinner at Uncle Zach and Aunt Rachel's house last night.Ben's been napping in his own room/crib in the mornings for the past several days. He's doing fairly well with it... some days are better than others (today is NOT one of the "happy" days). He goes down well and entertains himself for a bit when he wakes up in his own room. Hoping we can add the afternoon nap to his repertoire and perhaps in a few weeks, sleeping in his own room at night! Not sure who is will be harder on, me or Ben?
