Well... it's been nearly a year since I rode my mountain bike. I went for a late afternoon ride today, starting out on "Ben's" trail. Door-to-door it was perfect: my bike was in good condition, the trails weren't crowded this time of day, I felt strong, and the sky was beautiful on my ride home as the sun was starting to set over the mountains. A quiet couple of hours in the woods on my bike... exactly what I needed.Upon my arrival home, Big Ben had just had his bath and was cuddling with his Papa ready for me to put him to sleep for the evening.
A perfect Saturday!
