Congratulations Auntie Erika & Uncle Paul!!!

They're Married!!! Benny's Aunt Erika got married this past weekend to Ben's, now official, Uncle Paul! The events leading up to the big day and the ceremony and reception were just perfect!! Lots of fun with a great group of family and friends. I only have a few photos from the event itself (as our famous photographer friend, Z Scott, was on cue), and I had my hands full with the little man.

Our warmest congrats to the happy couple... Paul- we're excited we get to "officially" keep you as part of the Schmid Kid Crew!!

We hosted a Friday morning breakfast and bike/hike event- pre wedding... a great precursor to the bike parade that rode to/from the actual wedding. About 40+ people rode bikes in and then escorted the newlyweds (on a tandem and in fabulous wedding attire) to the reception. Sorry I don't have a photo of that- it was a treat!!Benny with Mommy and Daddy at the "Pre-ception"....Benny and Grammy enjoying the "Pre-ception"...The blushing bride and, soon to be Mommy, Kirin...Ben cuddling with his newest extended family... Paul's 'Mum' Marg and niece Natasha from New Zealand.Kyle was the officiant at the wedding... he did a stellar job and added his "Kyle twist" to it, which, of course, kept everyone entertained. Skylar danced a beautiful hula for the bride and groom...Here is Benny, the official "token bearer" in his Hawaiian kakui nutes (Paul and Erika exchanged green gems/necklaces from New Zealand). I am really sorry that I don't have a picture of his "parade float cruiser" that Skylar and I decorated for me to push him down the aisle in... it was hysterical!! Me, Rachel and B (Barbara is a soon to be Mommy, too!) enjoying the ceremony. Check out the crew of bikes in the background! And... we're OFF!! Ben and I had a 6am flight the morning after the wedding. Ugh! We headed East on a business trip for Mommy and then on to Maine for some Harmon family time. More pictures to come of Benny's travels along the East coast.
